As an Executive you will be an integral part of our Actuarial Department’s Capital Management team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to learn about and contribute to reporting under the Risk Based Capital 2 (“RBC2”) Framework. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance.

This role will be an integral team member within the Capital Management team in the Actuarial Department. The key responsibilities include:

• Assist in the preparation of regulatory reporting filings and reports.
• Participate in capital management activities, including solvency reporting and stress testing.
• Actively adopt actuarial and data analytic tools to design process, and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Design new or improve existing risk controls to enhance governance and mitigate risks within the actuarial function.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall reporting process and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The individual is expected to be able to be adaptable as well as open to a dynamic working environment. The candidate is expected to have the following qualities:

• 1 - 2 years of experience working in a life insurance function within an actuarial capacity preferred, fresh graduates with relevant coursework or internships are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field with good progress in actuarial credentials (e.g. ASA, AIA, AFA) from a recognized international actuarial body

We are looking for a GI & Group business pricing manager. This role will be an integral team member within the GI team in the Actuarial Department.

The primary job responsibilities include:

• Lead and drive collaboration with team members and business stakeholders to understand customer needs, devise innovative product proposition and help drive product prototyping & implementation
• Create pricing and monitoring framework to improve profitability of business, gather insights for pricing and analytics, strengthen technical pricing by tapping on data-driven insights using external and internal data sources
• Diverse pricing exposure to variety of Personal Lines and Group products across various distribution channels.
• Manage and lead business planning for GI & Group business
• This role will provide you the opportunity to lead a team within Actuarial and be exposed to Chief Actuary and Senior Management

Requirements:

• At least 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in General Insurance pricing actuarial function
• Good progress in actuarial exams, qualified actuaries preferred.
• Strong project management, excellent analytical and communication skills
• Experienced in people management, able to lead projects and provide training/coaching for direct reports
