✓ Coaching for Primary Maths including PSLE Maths classes, crash courses, webinars and other live or recorded programs

✓Ensure resources are sufficient for students prior to class

✓Develop and value add to present curriculum including ad-hoc video tutorials projects, livestreaming promotional and educational videos.

✓Answer Maths questions on mobile as and when needed assistance by Regular Mobile Q&A Coach

✓Prepare and type out notes as and when needed. Get involved in book and resource projects.

✓Attend meetings with staff

✓Identify learning challenges of students and suggest areas for improvements with regular feedback

✓Be involved in marketing initiatives and any ad-hoc projects

✓Be open to learn more productivity tools and skills

✓Be open to being a good team player and leader

✓Communicate and work together with Centre Manager and Director for Student Management related matters

✓Provide caring and patient customer service in all communications with clients

✓Suggest, Add Value and Promote to Processes for the Advancement of the Centre and all stakeholders

• Prepare shipping documents like packing list, delivery orders and forward to relevant parties
• Responsible for packing of goods for export shipments
• Perform all store duties including receiving, issuing, checking, load/unloading of goods
• Prepare and churn out Purchase Order (PO) from the in-house accounting system
• Coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of products to local and oversea customers
• Work on shipment related modules in an ERP system
• Handle and reply to customer enquiries via phone and e-mails on product availability and delivery schedule
