· Conduct investigations, development and integration of technology and design solutions into HYMSON products.
· Coordinate and converge internal and external organization activities to conclude on the technical and financial feasibility of technology and design solution proposals with the stakeholders in the company.
· Support HYMSON Headquarter (Shenzhen) R&D oversea projects and activities.
· Possess leading edge advance technology design knowledge and capabilities in the industry.
· Conduct analysis, design, realization and validation of new technology and design solutions ideas to mature readiness for product integration.
· Concrete data driven conclusions and recommendations after research and testing study, record and document the information that including solution points, limits, trade-offs, costs, risks, efforts and patency.
· Responsible for the static and dynamic design and analysis of automation, robot systems, mechanical systems, tooling, jigs, and fixtures.
· Responsible and improve the R&D process, including new conceptual design until realization and verification of new design.
