Job Description:
1. Responsible for the research and development of new products, new technologies and new processes of optical components;
2. Responsible for ensuring the timely completion of R&D projects according to the R&D process and completing the conversion of products or technology platforms to production;
3. Responsible for the standardization construction before the rebirth of R & D products, including the development of product quality control system, the preparation of standard operation instructions, training of production engineers and technicians;
4. Assist the production to solve the major quality problems of the products after the conversion, and continuously improve product quality and customer satisfaction;
5. Guide and train assistant engineers and technicians to carry out work;
6. Complete other work arranged by department manager.
Job Requirements:
1.Mechanical, material, electronics, optics and other science and technology background, bachelor degree or above;
2.More than 3 years of undergraduate research and development experience;
3.With solid professional knowledge and professional quality, strong logical thinking ability;
4.Have a strong interest in new products, new things, new methods, new processes, active thinking, the courage to challenge, innovation;
