We're a group of young, vibrant and passionate educators who are looking for one more passionate educator to join our ranks and form our core team.

Math Prodigies has been helping students for over 16 years and we are transforming our centre into a Major Exams Preparation Centre for the O-level.

Over the last 4 years, we have been conscientiously building the backbone of our PSLE program and now, 200 students later (and some pretty astounding results!), we're looking to build an equally successful O-Level program!

“What Can I Expect From This Position?”

• This position will play a pivotal role in creating even more successful Math Prodigies in Secondary School! Hence, you will be working closely with our core team of coaches and curriculum developers, including our Founder to produce the best quality curriculum and teaching methods to help our students score.
• Working hand-in-hand with our Curriculum developer, you will be focusing on developing a Specially Tailored Secondary 3 & 4 Curriculum for students of low and high abilities. You will be tasked with creating, teaching, and tweaking the curriculum as you journey with these students on their road to the O-Level.
• You will be trained and groomed to teach in a manner that facilitates accelerated learning. Imagine teaching a class in an orientation camp style, where you and your students have fun together and the students retain the lessons learnt faster.

“What Will My Responsibilities Be?”

• Curriculum Development. We are looking at rolling out the new Secondary 3 & 4 program in 2025, so this will be your primary undertaking in the first few months.
• Coaching Students. You will be coaching the Secondary School classes, along with any special programs we may have during the holidays.
• Student Reports, Consultations and Parents' Debriefs. There are other things expected of you as you begin to deal with students and parents. Student reports are written quarterly and student consultations occur occasionally when students have questions and parents' debriefs happen after trial classes.

“What Are The Requirements For This Job?”

• Only Singaporeans who have gone through the Singapore education system may apply.
• Minimum Results:
  O Level E Math - A1 / A2
  O Level A Math - A1 / A2
• Working Hours:
• Wednesday - Friday: 12 pm - 9 pm
• Saturday - Sunday: 9 am - 6 pm
• MUST Be Able to work on BOTH SATURDAY AND SUNDAY .
• Passionate & energetic teaching style.
• Loves helping students and sincerely wants them to progress and succeed.
• Coachable to deliver classes in Math Prodigies' teaching style.
• At least 2 years of experience teaching group tuition classes (size of 6 - 12 students)

R&D Senior / ASIC Project Manager (Product Development)

Responsibilities:

• Manage ASIC/FPGA project lifecycle, from requirements, design, technical architecture, implementation, testing, acceptance, training and documentation.
• Maintain close monitoring of project progress and report potential risks and challenges in a timely manner with proposed course of actions.
• Determine and manage resources from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
• Oversee and/or prepare incoming and outgoing project documentation.
• Technical leadership of project team.
• Perform HDL coding, synthesis, verification, timing closure, tapeout for project.

Requirements

• A Bachelors or Masters Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or relevant fields.
• Minimum 5 years engineering experience in HDL coding, FPGA implementation and ASIC tapeout.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or team lead in product development.
• Able to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.
• Strong team leader and individual contributor.
• Good spoken and written communication skills in English.
• Singaporean only.
