Responsibilities

• Support Asia region (Air-con / Chiller) business
• Have basic knowledge of design, installation, overhaul, start up, service, maintenance jobs on the project
• Work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Engineering, service team to successfully award and manage project
• Apply interdisciplinary engineering expertise to provide technical leadership to regional sales team and service team
• Demonstrate responsiveness to the customer (internal and external) and be quality minded in performance of all duties
• Mentor and coach product sales and service team members with a passion for organizational development
• Responsible for training and development of the staffs in Asia
• Exercise strong communications skills to support highly effective cross functional coordination and collaboration

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalant study
• Min 5 years of engineering work experience is required
• Experience with Chiller / Refrigeration/ Air-con systems is required
• Ability to travel when required
