- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints
- Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
- The incumbent will perform general duties of order processing coordination with various parties to support the daily logistics/distribution operations. What you will do Operates according to company’s quality policy and in compliance to customer’s service standard
- To meet basic and routine requirements of internal (immediate supervisor) and external (customers and forwarders) Communicate and liaise with various external parties pertaining to shipment and orders Update distribution database and network
- Maintain and filing of documentation May need to support operations if there are any urgent orders. Do you have what it takes
- At least 5 years of working experience, preferably in a transport/freight/haulage environment Good PC and office skills Sensitive to details and accuracy
- Good communication skills Able to commit Monday to Friday and half Saturday. Requires class 4 driving license to cover for driver or urgent delivery if neededand liaise with various external parties pertaining to shipment and orders Update distribution database and networkomer’s service standard
