Responsibilities:
- Assist Warehouse Executive in smooth warehouse operations using ERP system.
- Handle incoming/outgoing goods and inventory.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and security.
- Assist in issuing purchase orders and liaising with suppliers.
- In absence of a colleague, backup as a driver.
- Transport equipment and goods safely and courteously.
- Maintain company trucks in a good condition and conduct inspections.
- Ensure compliance with driving rules and regulations.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping agents.
- Assist in producing inventory reports and statistics.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min GCE 'N' Levels qualification.
- At least 3 years working experience in inventory control and warehouse operation.
- Has prior knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehousing.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
