The Job

• Respond to call and email inquiries
• Order planning shipment delivery/collection requirements
• Manage all customer & vendor facing communication
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are completed in timely and orderly manner
• Generate invoice for services
• Create and manage ocean export and import documentation
• Ad-hoc duties

• Logistic Officer, Project Site
• $3500 to $4000 (Based on experience)
• Working Location: Changi, Singapore (On Site Basis)

The Talent

• Must have 2 to 3 years experiences in related field
• Diploma in Logistic or Supply Chain
• Must have SAP and Microsoft Office skills
• Perform logisitics import and export activities
• Must have experience of overseeing operating heavy activities (Forklift, crane operations)
• Have to base on construction site to oversee heavy activities

The Job

• Maintain accurate inventory, shipments and transactions records.
• Manage stock take activities and audit warehouse documentation
• Coordinate shipments to ensure quality and timeliness will be on time
• Managing with internally finance and business partners, freight, forwarders, and 3PLs for timely and accurate shipment arrangement
• Schedule shipments, track shipment status and delivery destination
• Monitor transport and minimize supply chain costs
• Monitor and overseeing operating heavy activities (Heavy Forklift & Crane operations)
