The Opportunity

• It is an opportunity for an experienced Sales Support Admin Associate to join their team
• This will start off as a 12 months contract

The Job

Channel Administration:

• Conduct validation and appointment exercises in accordance to the business rules.
• Maintain registers of advisers with 3rd party licence
• Administer the coding, cessation, and assignment of policies for all Channels.
• Ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of the BAU, assigned tasks, and ad-hoc assignments.
• Ensure that reports are deliver timely and accurately.
• Review and streamline workflow where applicable.
• Review and update of SOP promptly where applicable.
• Assist and handle enquiries professionally and promptly.

Debt Recovery:

• Execute debt recovery processes promptly & follow through with debt process in accordance to the SOP.
• Prepare the monthly debt recovery update report for management team.
• Manage instalment payment requests from departed advisers.

Annual Fit & Proper Exercise:

• Ensure that the Annual Fit & Proper Exercise process is conducted in accordance to the Fit and Proper framework.
• Collate results and proper reporting conducted for any breach of Fit and proper guidelines by advisers.
• Maintain and update the SOP where applicable

Other Administrative Matters:

• Monthly check on new business submission for suspended advisers
• Monthly Reactivation Exercise
• Administration of Adviser’s Health Benefit and Professional Indemnity entitlement
• Yearly IFPAS and FSMA memberships

The Talent

• Strong Microsoft Office Skills: MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Formula), MS Word, PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in VBA & Insurance industry experience will be an added advantage.
• Great interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to interact with stakeholders.
• Meticulous to ensure accuracy of deliverables & good with processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with tight timeline.

Adecco is partnering with a well-established Swiss aerospace equipment manufacturer and we are seeking to hire a Supply Chain Executive (Procurement) to join their business. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the successful incumbent will support in sourcing and purchasing activities, including the implementation of a strategic planning process for purchasing activities.

• Work location: Clementi (transport provided from Clementi MRT to office)
• Work hours: Mondays - Fridays, 9am - 6pm

The Job:

• Regularly monitor supplier performance, support audits, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee and improve overall supply chain performance in areas such as quality, cost, and delivery, while optimizing costs and ensuring supply continuity.
• Lead supplier/source selection process, and participate in the establishment, evaluation, and approval of specifications for bid issuance and awards.
• Manage and coordinate supplier relationships, performance, and claims, particularly for strategic and critical suppliers.
• Engage in contract and price negotiations with suppliers.
• Identify and evaluate future capability and sourcing needs, ensuring vendor sourcing and supplier development align with company strategy and policies.

The Talent:

• Diploma or Degree in Procurement/Supply Chain or equivalent/relevant discipline.
• Demonstrated experience and relevant certification from CIPS, CPSM, CSCP, and CSSBB.
• Minimally 2-4 years of purchasing experience, preferably within Aerospace MRO environment.
• This role may require the incumbent to travel for work on short notice, and work outside office hours whenever necessary.
