Job Scope:-
Diagnose and repair automotive vehicles, including identifying problems with vehicles using diagnostic equipment.
Perform routine vehicle tune-ups, maintenance, and inspections.
Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues (e.g. leaks).
Keep equipment available for use by inspecting and testing vehicles.
Perform maintenance, repair, overhaul and servicing (Mechanical)
Perform lubricant replacement, greasing and flushing for system (Hydraulic)
Perform wiring replacing, re-routing of harnesses, cabling repair and system testing (Electrical)
Collaborate with the team to diagnose problems with vehicles and plan repairs.
Machinery usage involved overhead crane, buffering machine, hydraulic press, drilling machine & STE etc.
Working at height (climbing up and down of vehicles)
Check electrical system faults and Repair wiring systems
Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Maintain 5S/ housekeeping (Include, sweeping, clearing, and throwing rubbish, washing of parts & vehicles)
Maintain accurate records of each repair performed on vehicles.
Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:-
O Level / Nitec / Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or Equivalent
Technical skills (if require)
6 days’ work week, OT requires when necessary.
Off day not on weekend.
