Scope of Work
1. Inventory Management: Keeping track of all products and materials in the warehouse. This involves accurate record-keeping, using inventory management software, and ensuring physical inventory matches the records.
2. Receiving and Dispatching: Overseeing the receiving of new shipments and ensuring they match the accompanying documentation. Also, coordinating the dispatch of products to customers or other locations.
3. Order Fulfilment: Managing the picking and packing process to fulfil customer orders accurately and efficiently. This may involve working closely with the sales or customer service team to prioritize orders.
Quality Control: Checking the quality of incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet the required standards. Reporting any damaged or defective items and working with suppliers or sales team
4. Space Management: Work with storeman and Optimizing the use of warehouse space to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of items. This includes organizing stock, implementing shelving systems, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
5. Communication: Collaborating with sales team and sales manager / HOD to ensure smooth operations. Providing regular updates on inventory levels and addressing any issues that may arise with finance team .
6. Work days = 5.5 days
