• Responsibilities include but are not limited to the coordination of Sea Import shipments such as, opening import and export files using Sysfreight software, maintaining internal documentations, monitoring and updating statuses. Advising customers of shipments Arrival, arrange deliveries, process invoices (accurate currencies and verify shipment weight and volume). Correspondence with e-mail queries from overseas offices/agents and clients. Ensuring accurate data entry and excellent communications are maintained in a timely and efficient manner.
