What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will be an essential part of the sales team, helping to design tailored solutions that showcase the value of supply chain technologies.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with the sales team to engage large enterprise prospects and identify their business challenges.
- Preparing tailored solutions and demos that address client needs, focusing on supply chain tools like Kinaxis, E2open, Feature Master, Relex, and JDA.
- Developing proof-of-concept models to illustrate the unique value of proposed solutions.
- Delivering engaging presentations to prospects and clients, clearly communicating how solutions will benefit their business.
- Collaborating with internal teams to share expertise and continuously enhance solution offerings.
- Building product awareness in the APAC market and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking an individual who thrives in a consultative role and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) domain, either in industry, consulting, or pre-sales.
- 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning using tools like Kinaxis, E2open, Feature Master, Relex, or JDA.
- 2+ years of pre-sales experience, with a proven ability to design and present client-focused solutions.
- Strong presentation, client relationship, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to challenging traditional ways of doing things and advocating for innovative solutions.
- The ability to take a consultative selling approach by actively listening to client needs and developing a shared vision.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. Postgraduate degrees and SCM professional qualifications are a plus.
