Job Description

• Position Title: Automotive Service Advisor
• Working Location: Sin Ming AutoCity
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9 am – 6 pm), Saturday (9 am – 4.30 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + OT + Variable Bonus + Medical/ Dental Benefits
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and confirm warranty and service contract coverage.
• Manage spare parts ordering and issuance.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide service quotations to customers.
• Manage parts delivery and monitor job status.
• Respond to customer inquiries and appointments.
• Maintain document records, issue invoices and prepare necessary paperwork.
• Oversee vehicle servicing and repair processes.
• Handle negotiations, complaints, and sales closures.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

• Possess a valid Class 3/ 3A driving license.
• Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
