- Develop and implement efficient logistics processes that ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and sales teams to optimize inventory levels and availability.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety standards and company policies.
- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies regarding warehouse operations.
- Oversee inventory management practices, including cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and negotiate contracts as needed.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on warehouse operations for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5 years) as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in logistics and warehousing.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse Key Performance
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) and ERP systems.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in logistics and supply chain management (e.g., APICS) is a plus.
