Private Assistance cum Driver
Full-time, Flexible hours
Term contract: 1 year (renewable)
*Vehicle is provided
*Should the Driver take the car home, he will bear the cost of season parking at his residence
Requirements:
· Possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence with an excellent driving record, familiar with Singapore routes and landmarks
· Minimum 3 years of experience in chauffeuring top management in a Company vehicle
· Competent in handling luxury 7-to-8-seater vehicle
· Driving license has never been revoked previously
· Punctual, reliable, patient, safety conscious with a positive attitude
· Good work ethics and time management skills
· Maintain a high standard of professional image and personal hygiene
· Build good rapport and quality service with passengers
· Polite and possess good communication skills, able to converse in English and Mandarin
· Able to work flexibly, willing to work on weekends and public holidays, whenever required
· Non-smoker preferred
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for chauffeuring the CEO and his family, top management, guests of the Company or his visitors in a comfortable, safe and efficient manner.
· Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
· Ensure that the vehicle remains pristine and meets all safety requirements
· Carry out routine inspections on the assigned vehicle regularly to ensure that it is always in good condition
· Carry out other duties as assigned by the Management when required
