Job description:
- Operates according to company’s quality policy and in compliance to customer’s service standard
- To meet basic and routine requirements of internal and external customers/forwarders
- Communicate and liaise with various external parties pertaining to shipment and orders
- Update distribution database and network
- Maintain and filing of documentation
- May need to support operations if there are any urgent orders.
- Perform other assigned duties as required.
Requirement:
- At least 1 to 3 years of working experience, preferably in a transport/freight/haulage environment
- Good PC and office skills
- Sensitive to details and accuracy
- Good communication skills
- Able to commit Monday to Friday and half Saturday.
- Requires class 3 driving license to cover for driver or urgent delivery if needed
