APAC Recruitment is working exclusively with Congo Brands in its search for a commercially focused Finance Business partner, to lead the APAC region’s commercial & supply chain finance agenda, working closely with the Business Unit Finance Director as well as APAC Directors of Sales and Supply Chain.
Congo Brands is a US-based, high-growth company that manages a number of rapidly-growing brands within the beverage sector, initiated and led by high-profile individuals in social media.
The company is now establishing an APAC Regional HQ in Singapore as it expands into Asia Pacific, beginning with the PRIME Hydration, PRIME Energy and Alani Nu ranges.
The Role
The Supply Chain Analyst on the APAC Operations Team will be a key member and enabler of the organization, providing operational support in order management and warehousing/logistics operations across APAC. The role will also either lead or support key regional operational excellence initiatives and projects and ensure their completion and delivery of results
This role will apply analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and business acumen to drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage for Congo Brands in Asia Pacific. The role is highly collaborative as it will partner with customers, warehouse/logistics service providers, and internal stake holders across all departments. The team will be the owner for cash, cost and service KPIs in the region.
Key responsibilities
- Own the order fulfillment process from order entry, delivery to revenue recognition
- Lead the order management process to ensure the right orders are processed accurately, and delivered on time/in full
- Effectively and pro-actively engage with internal/external customers, distribution centres, logistics partners, supply chain and finance partners to ensure delivery and revenue commitments are met
- Respond to customer queries and/or returns to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative Inventory, Forecast, Sales, Logistics, and Financial Data.
- Communicate daily with internal stakeholders ensuring everyone has clarity on open orders and delivery status.
- Communicate relevant ordering information, changes and cancellations to purchase orders to cross-functional team in the region
- Liaise and work with cross-functional team to track down & resolve shipments and transportation issues.
- Partner with functional managers in Supply Chain Management to understand the current and future business requirements; identify and implement process and organizational improvements.
- Play a key role in relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Perform analysis of shipment timing to support monthly revenue forecast.
- Provide analytical feedback related to manufacturing cost, timing, and inventory levels.
- Design, test, recommend and implement efficient processes to manage workflow and Supply Chain.
- Optimization of existing processes and resources with clear goals and benchmarks of improvement, development, and management of sound business practices and efficient processes
- Perform other duties as assigned.
This position requires high calibre candidates with the following skillset
- Degree or Diploma with relevance in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Engineering
- 2+ years of working in an FMCG environment.
- Preferred Industries: Food and Beverage, CPG
- 1+ years of ERP experience (Preferably SAP S/4HANA, Netsuite)
- Advance Microsoft Excel Skills; PowerBI/PowerAutomate would be an advantage
- Pro-active owner for improving current processes.
- Excellent collaborator and relationship builder; internal and external.
