Job Description:
- General support includes planning and purchasing such emailing, communicate with suppliers for committed date, generate report, etc.
- Liaise with suppliers and revise on contracts
- Compile and breakdown contract negotiation language changes preferable using any AI to track and consolidate contract language between original vs. revised.
- Any other general task assigned by the purchasing & planning supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related fields.
- No experience can apply as on-the-job training will be provided
- Enjoy interacting and liaising with people
- Min. 1 year experience in purchasing and planning.
- Able to work effectively and independently under pressure.
- Able to meet deadlines and has strong follow up skills.
- Detail oriented and high degree of accuracy.
