Job Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years' experience in purchasing and planning.
• Able to work effectively and independently under pressure.
• Able to meet deadlines and has strong follow up skills.
• Detail oriented and high degree of accuracy.

Job responsibilities:

• Actively support the Customer Requirements and projects.
• Collects data and performs statistical analysis.
• Works with the various stakeholders to prepare processes, create SOP, Work Instructions ( WI ) and get the required approvals. Train Operations team after WI approval
• Manage multiple projects of small and medium size.
• Independently identify process gaps, make recommendations, and implement process improvement.
• Confer with the Engineering and Operations Managers to implement efficient and competitive solutions
• Provide proposal and presentation support for continuous improvements and possible new projects.
• Comprehensive understanding in warehousing system.
• Able to lead small Project Teams.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering / IT Engineering / Process Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent
• Able to interpret simple print specification.
• Know the Industrial Engineering Basics- VSM, Process Mapping, Time Studies will be an advantage.
• Able to build layouts based on Auto CAD or have an Apt of learning new Software tools for Analysis, Simulation
• Ontime Delivery and should be able to prioritize work based on the timelines and deliverables.
• General awareness of Manufacturing Systems e.g. CAD, SAP, ERP etc
• Experience with write-ups on work procedure workflow & instructions for production process. Must be familiar with Visio.
• Experience with Data Collection and Statistical Analysis.
• Proven Project management skills
