IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Ensure booking/delivery arrangement are coordinated within the specific time schedule, on time and complete
• Ensure data entry input accuracy using various IT systems for all shipment transactions
• Coordinate with customers and service provider on all activities including coordination on the collection schedule and pick ups for freight booking
• Ensure all shipping documents are checked and tallied with the necessary documents before releasing the truckers
• Ensure that all customer requirements are fulfilled within the contracted period
• Ensure that all services are properly recorded and forwarded for monthly billing in a timely manner
• Scope of work not limited to the following for inbound and outbound warehouse operation:

1. Verify physical cargoes received against shipper's CIPL
2. Perform inspection, picking labelling, loading and unloading
3. Preparation of freight booking with necessary shipping documentation
4. Preparation of documents for filing purposes
5. Tracking & updating shipment status plus reports to customers
6. Execute day to day billings to customers in a timely manner
7. Ensure all EDI billings are successfully triggered per customer requirement
8. Maintain effective control of contractors to ensure compliance with SOP/Work Instructions
   

• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by immediate superior

YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma in any related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Directs and control Ocean Freight Export Operations
• Sets, communicates and follows KPIs to ensure constant improvement of operations.
• Ensures operations are performed consistently with customer requirements and takes corrective
  actions in case of deviations from requirements.

Collaborate with the Global-, Regional- and Country Product Heads and Sales to align the sector product strategy for the region. Take ownership of market and sector knowledge, leading the sub-function for the sector product within the DGF Region. Provide input and lead the implementation of the functional strategy to develop segment strategies and business plans. Enhance the performance of sector management, supporting business growth objectives in accordance with industry and market needs, division strategy, objectives, and Group guidelines and policies.

1. Sector Product Strategy:
