Job Responsibilities
- Manage all daily air import operations and documentation.
- Monitor air freight shipments, logistics, and trucking using the in-house system.
- Coordinate with team members, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth transactions for all import shipments.
- Raise cheque request and prepare payment for agent clearance shipment or to purchase permit.
- Manage costing and billing, and ensure timely payment from customers.
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate and organized document filing.
- Other assignment assigned by the management
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years related working experience, preferably in freight forwarding industry
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Exceptional customer service and follow up skills
- Good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
