About the role
As a BMW Service Advisor at Eurokars Auto Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to BMW owners. In this full-time position based in the West Region, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their service and repair needs are met to the highest standards.
What you'll be doing
- Provide thorough explanations of vehicle repair and maintenance requirements to customers
- Liaise with the workshop team to schedule and coordinate service and repair work
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate diagnostics and repairs.
- Proactively communicate with customers throughout the service process, managing their expectations
- Listen to and document customer concerns and issues with their vehicle.
- Provide clear and concise explanations of recommended services and repairs.
- Offer advice on vehicle maintenance and warranties.
- Identify potential upsell opportunities to enhance the customer's experience
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or concerns promptly
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of BMW products, services and warranty information
- Review the service and repairs completed with the customer, ensuring satisfaction.
- Prepare and present accurate cost estimates for labor, parts, and additional services.
- Process service orders, invoices, and payments.
- Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role, preferably within the automotive industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer queries effectively
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
- Proficiency in using automotive service management software
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
