Specific Job Role/ Scope - Cross Trade

• To handle & co-ordinate cross-trade shipment.
• Support cross trade shipment from 4 business units.
• Support creation of cross trade job in system.

Specific Job Role/ Scope - Export OPS

• Daily export shipment execution.
• Supervise shift operations & troubleshooting of shipments.
• Support future night AOG activations from BD.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Receive job activation from client/ other departments through email.
• Co-ordinate with respective sales/ origin/ destination oversea agents and clients (could be base in SIN or overseas)
• PO chase, and detailed needed such as cargo ready take/ pick up date/ flight details.
• Vetting and send draft pre-alerts to oversea agents and client for approval.
• Checking, monitoring of air shipment uplifting/ arrival and sea vsl sailing/ arrival.
• Follow up with shipment and sent to client POD/PRO upon receipt from overseas agents.
• Update monitoring chart on each event/ activity and prepare sequence of event report if required.
• To update and maintain sales and/ or client's SOP.
• To create shipment through our in-house computer system.
• Any ad-hoc task assigned.

Responsibilities and Duties: Export OPS

• Execute export shipments (Consol/ Direct).
• Scan pre-alert to oversea agent/ AWB to direct shipper.
• Submission of FWB/ FHL promptly.
• Liaising with E-CR personnel for customer shipment related.
• Liaising with warehouse personnel for cargo related.
• Liaising with terminal personnel for lodge in of cargo.
• Handle night phone enquiries.
• Follow up with email correspondence from internal/ external stakeholders.
• Compliance with shipment requirements.
• To check daily uplifting of shipments
• Reporting of Offloading Report/ Follow up on Cargo Irregularities
• Oversee daily trucking service

Additional Task (if any):

• Sharing of shipment discrepancies with suggestions/ improvements.
• Perform STM trucking functions.
• Perform weekends / PH when required.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of working experience in air/ sea freight handling
