Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented logistics administrator with a background in logistics to manage the coordination and distribution of goods from local warehouses to local stores. The ideal candidate has demonstrated stability in previous roles and possesses strong knowledge of logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily logistics activities, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of goods to local stores.
- Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and store managers to track shipments and resolve any delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate records of shipping and logistics data, including inventory levels, delivery schedules, and shipment costs.
- Prepare and process orders, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with company standards.
- Assist the sales team with order entry, invoicing, and customer communication regarding order status and logistics inquiries.
- Monitor and ensure that all logistics operations are cost-effective, efficient, and aligned with company policies.
- Support with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report preparation.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management, particularly in local distribution.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office applications (Excel, Word).
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various departments.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of reliability and professionalism.
- Stable work history, demonstrating long-term commitment to previous employers.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in a sales admin or logistics admin role is a plus.
