Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Support the logistics department in managing and tracking shipments and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipping schedules, and delivery logs.
- Process and prepare shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.).
- Coordinate and communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding logistics issues.
- Assist in managing warehouse stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Organize and update shipping and inventory databases.
- Resolve any shipping discrepancies or issues with suppliers and customers.
- Assist with preparing reports related to logistics operations, including order statuses, shipment tracking, and inventory levels.
- Provide general administrative support to the logistics team as needed, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
