Duties & Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the overall continuous reliability improvement of automotive chips.
2. In charge of defining detail break down of reliability design requirements, and ensure the correct implementation of the requirements to meet various automotive chips industry reliability standards.
3. Develop reliability and compliance test policies for automotive chips.
Requirements:
1. Master's or Ph.D. in microelectronics or related field.
2. Solid knowledge of semiconductor engineering process and physical design fundamentals.
3. Have a thorough understanding of reliability failure mechanisms and theory.
4. Familiar with foundry automotive manufacturing processes, semiconductor device characteristics and reliability basic test and evaluation methodologies.
5. Experience with automotive back-end layout reliability design and automotive design procedures.
6. Understand how to analyze and identify dependability failures.
7. Well-verse in the design techniques of good circuit-level reliability designs.
8. Experience with automotive product certification.
