My client, an IT consulting firm is looking to hire a 1 year contract (renewable based on project needs) or permanent headcount for their esteemed client in the investment industry, you'll take part in the Microsoft CRM project. Working location is at Central.
Role
- Customize and optimize Dynamics CRM/ERP platform to address business requirements.
- Develop and implement solutions using JavaScript, .NET, and SQL.
- Collaborate with multiple vendors and stakeholders to resolve business as usual (BAU) issues.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Work independently in an IC role, taking ownership of assigned tasks and projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 3 years or more of experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft CRM Dynamic/CE
- Proficient in coding languages including JavaScript, .NET, and SQL.
- Experience in online CRM, Customer engagement for at least 1 year
