Job Scope

In the context of Shape Tomorrow Supply Chain transformation program and the implementation phase of the new Supply Chain blueprint, we are reinforcing the team in charge of Supply Chain Systems and Processes within BEM&T Central Planning organization. The position requires good knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain processes, Supply chain tools, data analytics and networking in ST Supply Chain community.

This open position will be in Toa Payoh.

As a member of this team, you will take ownership in driving the changes in backend leading to the implementation of the new supply chain blueprint. This includes deployment and integration with local applications of new corporate tools (SAP IBP /S4); support the deployment of new planning processes: SnOP, DDMRP, Control Tower; and the design and implementation of advanced Business Intelligence tools and planning techniques, interacting closely with Central Supply Chain, Shape tomorrow and DIT teams.

More specifically, your main missions will be:

• Ensure tools and data availability to the entire backend supply chain community.

• Provide ad hoc visibility for management and planning community to support decision making process.

• Training of users involved in the deployment of new tools or processes.

Monitoring of tools performance, usage and data quality

Requirements:

• Master’s in data science / Research

• Relevant years of work experience in Supply Chain or IT department

• Knowledge in Supply Chain management, planning systems & Tools (SAP IBP/S4)

• Master SQL language, scripting languages (js, Python), QlikView, Microsoft Office (Excel, ACCESS)

• Autonomy, creativity, cultural versatility, Adaptability, flexibility, problem solving skills

Mission

The Sustainable Supply Chain Specialist will join a team of 10 people working directly with our suppliers to engage eligible ones in the RBA initiative. He/she will play a key role to make sure we are partnering with suppliers sharing those values and having good responsibility practices.

Responsibilities

The candidate will be in charge with a suppliers' portfolio he/she will manage all along their journey to sustainable practices (e.g. China, Japan):

• to confirm their commitment to apply RBA code of conduct,
• to evaluate their maturity through a standard self assessment questionnaire,
• to set & execute the adequate actions to increase their maturity including training,
• to convince suppliers to pass a third-party audit,
• to track & to support suppliers on their audit finding closure.

• to participate in working groups with pairs and partners at international level

The role will provide periodical concise status reporting of Social Responsibility and Sustainable Excellence activities and may engage in other activities related to supply chain sustainability.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Sensitive to topics linked to sustainability and with a first experience in CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility),
• Rigorous and good communication skills
• Negotiating ability with people from different nationalities (soft with the people, hard with the problem)
• Business integrity.
• Excel and Office365 practitioner, knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Knowledge of management systems, audits and procurement process is a plus.
• Willing to travel overseas when required.
