The Commercial Distribution Division is responsible for the growth of commercial businesses across multiple channels including Bancassurance, Intermediaries, Direct channels and Partnerships.

Job Purpose

As an Assistant Manager in the Commercial Distribution Division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to support revenue growth and to achieve customer satisfaction. Primary Function of Position

The Commercial Distribution Manager for ASEAN is responsible for establishing, developing and supporting the assigned Distributor. This involves becoming an expert in ISI commercial operations, sales processes, use of surgical robotics and building high-performing teams that establish mutually beneficial distributor relationships. The position requires a number of capabilities including leadership competencies, clinical competencies, and a broad network within the surgical space, with commercial acumen. She/He is expected to provide an extraordinary degree of communication, collaboration and information gathering while recommending solutions to Distributor Principals and ISI Leadership team.

Essential Job Duties

• Conduct proper due diligence on the current distributor and provide an executive summary.
• Teach distributor all aspects of clinical business, procedures and capital sales process.
• Assist distributor in developing their business plans, including quarterly system and procedure targets to achieve or exceed their goals.
• Organize annual business planning meetings and quarterly business reviews with the distributor along with the appropriate planning and follow up communication.

Purpose:

The owner of the role is responsible for Business Development, Sales & Account Management for the SOTAS product-line in the APAC region. Building financial & commercial offers and closing international deal for the SOTAS C4I Edge vehicle infrastructure Solutions in the region.

• Promotes and sells the SOTAS portfolio for potential opportunities to direct export customers or through/with the local Thales unit for the assigned countries. Main accounts:

The Supply Chain (SC) Manager develops, conducts, and improves the in-market supply chain include but are not limited to Customer Service and Logistics processes for the supply of products inbound to the LOC and outbound to its first trade customers in order to achieve optimal Customer Service levels and to maximize the On-Time-In-Full KPI, thereby supporting the commercial ambition.
