• Plan delivery schedule based on product availability and customer requirements;
• Maintain vehicle logs, maintenance, repairs and related reports;
• Verify customer invoices and liaise with customers for discrepancies;
• Resolve driver and/or delivery issues when it arises;
• Ensure compliance to SOPs;
• Generate memos, emails, and reports for Management & department
• Perform delivery duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• Possess valid Class 4 driver’s licence and experience driving Class 4 Refrigerated Vehicle.
• With experience in order fulfilment cycle
• Able to work nonstandard hours / weekends / public holidays
• Computer literate, knowledge of logistics software or transport management system advantageous
