Responsibilities:

Expected to perform the following tasks:

• To process applications for EV charger approval and registration, licensing of EV charging operators and building development submissions, including making clarifications with project parties, and making recommendations.
• To research simplifying and streamlining work processes
• To maintain databases of approved EV charger models, charger register, potential violations
• To answer public feedback and query
• To assist in any other ad-hoc jobs as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Holder
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Meticulous and detail oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Chai Chee Street

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 6.00pm

Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary:

$2550

14 days per annum

Jobscope:
1. To plan work schedule for Installers and Drivers for site work
2. Familiar to coordinate with Singapore Route layout or Singapore road.
3. Able to read counter top drawing is a priorities.
4. To perform calculation work for site measurement sketch.
5. Administrative function includes coordination work between sales personnel, Installers and factory workers.
6. Fast learner, meticulous and good in numbers.

Requirement:
1. GCE 'N' level or NITEC qualification
2. PC Literarcy
3. MS Office, especially Excel Spreadsheet
4. Experience in Renovation and construction industries' experience preferred but not necessary.
