Order Processing/Logistic Assistant

• Working Hours: 5 days ( 9.00 am to 6.00 pm)

Responsibilities:

• Order processing - quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders & invoices, packing list, shipping documents, sales and suppliers report.

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare, generate, and follow up on Proforma Invoices, Contracts of Sales, Sales Order Confirmations, Quotations, and other sales-related documents.

- Follow up with customers on product labels, ensuring label designs are approved before proceeding with printing.

- Consolidate and update Sales Forecasts and Sales Summaries.

- Assist the Business Support team in coordinating procurement activities.

Job Requirement:

• Generate and process orders, issuing job orders to vendors and diligently overseeing production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate shipping logistics, preparing essential documents such as invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and job orders to facilitate smooth delivery processes.
• Monitor customer payments and facilitate prompt payments to vendors to ensure a seamless financial workflow.
• Undertake any additional responsibilities or tasks assigned by management as needed.

Qualifications:

• A minimum diploma in any field, coupled with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in logistics operations,.
• Proficient in incoterms, contract administration, and international trade procedures, including import/export documentation and letters of credit.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and robust problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of SAP is considered advantageous.

Role Summary

Supply Chain Coordination

Trade Support

• Provide operational support for trading activities, including documentation, compliance, and transaction processing.

The Requirements
