· Wear safety shoes, face mask & face shield, avoid close contact with customers and practices good personal hygiene

· Obtaining customers signature and chop on all invoice copies

· Collect cash upon delivery from customers and submit back to office the same day

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.

· At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

· Required Skill(s): warehouse picking, loading, unloading, safe driving skill

· An advantage to have basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Excel

· Preferably working experience with Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry

· Will be an advantage if candidate has a Class 3 Driving License and has experience in driving a 14’ lorry.

Assists in supply chain operations, including purchasing and inventory of materials as well as selection of vendors and ISO documents control

Supply Chain Management

- Maintain vendor information and records

- Works closely with all the departments to ensure timely supply and support.

Sourcing/ Negotiate of Products and Services

- Sourcing of products and services based on project schedule/requirement.

- Gather feedback on the effectiveness/de-efficiency of current sourcing strategies

- Negotiate with suppliers for best price and terms

Assist to Source the Vendor Selection and Evaluation Processes

- Prepare reports on assessments of bids received to direct superior

- Maintain good vendor’s relationships

Ensure SCM Compliance to ISO & Safety and Health Requirement

- Follow all ISO and health and safety compliances.

• Location: Tuas [Company transport provided]
• Timing: Weekdays 8:30AM – 6PM, First Saturday of calendar month 8:30AM – 12:30PM
• Work days: Weekdays, Mondays to Fridays and first Saturdays of the month except PH
• Salary: $2,600 - $3200

Responsibilities:

• Daily vehicle maintenance checks.
• Loading the packaging materials/ tooling/equipment to lorry. (e.g.: jumbo bags / pallet jet, etc.)
• Ensure all packaging materials is weighted and hand over to Logistic.
• Safe Drive and follow all applicable traffic and driving laws. Staying aware of and reporting any incidents on the road.
• Provide on-site support (e.g.: Crushing HDDs / tape drives) or degaussing activities, etc.
• Assist loading customer goods at customer site.
• Ensure obtains customer’s signature (included date / times) for customer request form.
• Ensure the collection no discrepancies (matching with the collection advice) and if any call back for confirmation.
• Fill in the goods collection custody form (indicate the numbers of customer’s good / pallets / bags received) and hand over to GRN personnel for the follow up action.
• Ensure proper fasten straps to secure load. Need to ensure that transportation meets safety compliance and regulations.
• Unloading collected goods at our site.
• Clean up lorry.
• Involve stock take exercise.
• No collection schedules to follow general worker’s jobs scope.
• Ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Have Class 4 / 5 Singapore driving license with 24 feet lorry experience
• Warehouse experience
