• Accountable for the successful management of assigned key accounts.

• Establish and uphold guidelines and best practices to minimize shipment compliance risks.
• Ensure full adherence to Singapore Customs Regulations.
• Monitor departmental budget controls and ensure optimal use of resources, including facilities, system applications, personnel, and related data.

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in procurement in Logistics Business
• Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related discipline

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely product delivery to clients.
• Lead, motivate, and manage warehouse staff to maintain productivity and operational efficiency.
• Ensure all safety, quality, and compliance standards are met throughout warehouse processes.
• Direct receiving, warehousing, and distribution activities, both local and export.
• Strategize and plan deliveries, ensuring timely dispatch while optimizing warehouse space utilization.
• Monitor staffing levels, train and develop warehouse personnel, and assign workloads to maximize productivity.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through proactive training and operational feedback.
• Lead risk management initiatives (bizSAFE), identifying and mitigating potential operational risks.
• Communicate with clients, providing updates on operations and resolving any issues promptly.
• Report to management on client feedback, operational progress, challenges, and improvements.
• Manage operational costs, seeking efficiencies without compromising quality or safety.
• Analyze KPIs to track performance, drive productivity, and improve cost-efficiency.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support warehouse and company goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a warehouse setting, with proven management skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement effective solutions.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight schedules.
• Possessing own transport is advantageous but not mandatory.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to $6,000 basic + Variable Bonus + AWS
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (Alternate Saturdays: 8 AM – 12 PM)
• Location: Tuas West (Near MRT)
