• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri: 8 am-5 pm, Sat: 8 am-12 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 4500 + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct repair operations and oversee them meticulously onboard vessels, in port areas, anchorages, or shipyard settings.
• Manage and oversee the scheduling and execution of projects to ensure prompt completion.
• Perform assessments and determine cost estimates for repair requests.
• Understand technical drawings.
• Generate detailed technical and service reports, compile worklists, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Foster strong, collaborative relationships with clients and colleagues across all organizational levels.

• Min. ITE in Marine / Mechanical Engineering
• Min. 3 years experience in a similar capacity in marine industries
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Comfortable working on weekends if required

This role reports to the Assistant Manager, Transport or the Assistant Transport Controller.

The Transport Coordinator supervises and monitors the truck drivers well-being and ensure they are performing in accordance to delivery schedule and servicing schedule. He/She will have to follow up and manage drivers' attendance and will need to head to different construction sites to monitor and supervise other drivers.

• Work closely with site personnel for delivery scheduling
• Propose alternate solutions in meeting target if the schedule or work failed to be achieved
• Attend truck related court cases when applicable
• Ensure well keeping and maintenance of all trucks
• Ensure the practices and procedures meet legal guidelines, and health and safety requirements
• Ensure safety practices and housekeeping are maintained to the highest standard
• To perform Ad-Hoc duties as per assigned

Required:

• Familiar with Singapore Routes
• Night shift required if assigned
