• Able to be on standby during off days and after office hours when required.
• Able to do over-time work on short notice.

Job Description:

• Support daily air freight import operations
• Prepare essential documentation, including Mawb, Hawb, Manifest, and COO
• Ensure precise data updates according to airline requirements in the TMF system
• Send, receive, and confirm pre-alerts to all relevant parties
• Coordinate air cargo bookings with shippers, airlines, co-loaders, and overseas agents
• Organize cargo pick-up arrangements with transport providers as needed
• Arrange shipments, including permit declarations, for air imports
• Provide guidance and assistance in air cargo operations at the terminal when necessary
• Respond promptly and accurately to all incoming emails
• Collaborate and communicate with various stakeholders to facilitate efficient shipment execution
• Perform any additional tasks as delegated by management

1. Required to transport construction waste / equipment from one location to another in Singapore.
2. You must drive the lorry entrusted to you in a safe, timely and careful manner and must at all time follow the Road Traffic, Traffic Police, LTA and other relevant authorities Rules and Regulations when using the lorry.

• Perform all billing related activities for Singapore
• Liaising with internal stakeholders (PM, Ops, Finance, intercompanies) on billing, emails distributions, and reconciliation on open items.
• Administer invoices submission to internal and external clients on time and accurate.
• Process credit-rebill on timely manner.
• Liaise with shared service/ AP – AR teams on open items and disputes.
• Other adhoc assigned by line manager.

Qualification required:

• Min Diploma/Degree/LCCI in accounting/bookkeeping
• Minimum two (2) years of Billing/Accounts working experience

Salary range: $3K to $3.7K
