About the Role:
The role is aimed to establish the Region consolidated view on Supply Chain Function KPI’s and results, ensuring consistency of methodologies, target setting, planning/budget process coordination and benchmarking. The role defines the targets by Group/Area/Region/Country/Plant level and works on planning and deployment of Function initiatives, improving regional reporting and business analytics standard, working on the supply chain costs, indirect impact of margins etc. The role holds strong management, planning, coordination, reporting and follow-up on Regional projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage controlling and reporting activity of Supply Chain investments, data analysis and financial statements. Estimate and monitor results and ROI
- Define guidelines and targets for SC, communicate with stakeholders, share any implications on the financial KPIs
- Support business decision making on Planning/Budget/SAF targets analyzing investments, financial results and identifying improvement areas suggesting corrective actions
- Provide and deploy a centralized model of investments, analyze financial impact of activities and related P&L results, perform business simulations and planning
- Support the region SCI procurement in financial evaluation and supplier assessment
- Support the forecasting/economic/financial projections, manage and review the information received from Group and local teams
- Work closely with respective teams to react promptly to changing business needs, adapting accounting flows and company standards principles
- Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial targets for the SC
- Perform financial analysis, cost modeling, and scenario planning to evaluate the financial impact of SC decisions, initiatives, and strategies
- Monitor and analyze actual performance vs. budgeted targets, identify variances and implement corrective actions
- Provide insightful financial analysis, benchmarking and recommendations on cost reduction opportunities, process improvements, and efficiency enhancements
- Consolidate actuals on SC / KPIs and provide explanations about the deviations vs Guidelines, Budget and Forecast
- Coordinate transversal activities on footprint / vision strategy, benchmarking analysis, technology / virtual Plant analysis
- Coordinate and support in inventory control and coverage, use predictive modelling and S&OP information
- Continuously assess and enhance P2P & financial processes, controls, and systems to optimize efficiency and accuracy
- Ensure compliance with regional and corporate financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in internal/external audits, provide necessary documentation and address any findings
Requirements:
- University degree, major in Finance
- Relevant experience with regional controlling background
- Good knowledge of FMCG, Industrial and Supply Chain processes
- Strong knowledge of performance monitoring and planning, budgeting, profit analysis, transfer pricing
- Solid project management skills and ability to work in a high-pace environment, across region and functions
- Good interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
- Strong MS Office tools knowledge, Excel proficiency, SAP, reporting tools
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
