Responsibilities:

· Collection of Waste using open-top container and compactor.

· Collection of Waste using Real End Loader Truck.

· Filling in service/ delivery order forms as per request.

· Performing and recording minor maintenance tasks such as greasing, fluid top-ups, etc.

· Washing the truck and cleaning the interior.

Requirements:

·Hold a Class 4/ 5 driving license is a must.

· Have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in driving Heavy vehicles with a semi-auto transmission.

· Have experience in operating a Hooklift Truck.

· Have a professional attitude towards truck driving.

· Have a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

· Prefer to have WSQ Operate Waste Collection Vehicle to Collect Waste (PI-WM-106E-1).

· Be reliable, punctual, and motivated with a strong work ethic.

• Ensure proper storage and identification of material received, maintain proper parts housekeeping in store and material receiving area.
• Carry out proper goods receiving and issuing procedures.
• Responsible for loading / unloading of cargoes via forklift.
• To perform small items / spare parts packing according to project or sales department requirement.
• Selecting and packing all the required materials and components according with the BOM and drawings
• To ensure timely packing of systems/parts and that they are safely performed according to CAE standards to support completed projects and spare parts.
• Subject to abide to ISO procedure and audit liability.
• Checking & Labeling of packing list, ensure all items are packed according to packing list and project requirement.
• Supervising in-house contractor for packing, loading and shop movement activities.
• Manage gas cylinders in and out record, support buyer to arrange vendor for collecting of gas cylinders.
• Arranging physical stock take Inventory counting process by monthly for store.
• Responsible for stock take yearly with auditor
• Taking photographs as proof of delivery of all items before & after packing, are accounted as per packing list to prevent dispute of inappropriate packing style based on requirement.
• Monthly material receipt closing and stock take
• Store Management (Storage, Placement, Labelling, Inventory Listing, StockTake, Accountability)

Job Description

*Ensure proper storage of goods and maintain good housekeeping

*Ensure warehouse activities are carried out efficiently and comply with safety standard and guidelines

*Plan warehouse operations

*Prepare inventory reports and participate in stock count

*Inventory control and planning to assist for incoming stock

*Able to help with Packing

*Dismantle pallet for disposal

*Able to manage 2-3 staff under your department.

*Monitor and update customer stock

*Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

* Proficient in general computer knowledge, especially MS Excel and MS Word

* Driving license is a MUST

* Minimum 1-2 year in warehousing & supervisory experience.

* Able to commence immediately or on short notice is preferred

* Working hours are Mon to Fri 8.30am - 6pm,

* Work in Bukit Batok
