- Create precise accident repair estimates and offer supplementary estimates when necessary, ensuring transparency in cost projections.
- Provide comprehensive guidance and support to customers regarding vehicle maintenance and repair services, fostering clear communication and understanding.
- Demonstrate adept troubleshooting skills for basic vehicle faults and problems, offering efficient and effective solutions.
- Actively engage with customers, gather feedback, and encourage positive reviews, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the Officer-in-Charge (OIC) to attend to customers' needs and requests, maintaining a high level of service excellence.
Requirements:
- Minimum Secondary/Nitec/Higher Nitec, Diploma.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry or a similar capacity.
- Good written and spoken communication skills in English
- Keen interest in automotive-related work.
