• Prepare and organize the Pre HAWB (House Air Waybill), including cargo labels and document sorting.
• Send pre-alert notifications to overseas offices and customers prior to flight departure
• Perform job registration using the company's Freight Management System.
• Follow and comply with specific handling instructions, particularly for urgent cargo.
• Ensure all export cargo is lodged before the Latest Acceptance Time (LAT).
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Export Operations Supervisor/Executive.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience in Freight forwarding industry, Import / Export Air Freight Shipments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
