The job:

• Receive all incoming shipments for equipment and miscellaneous, ensuring all in good condition
• Liaise with transporters for customer equipment delivery and collection in the timely manner
• Arrange, scan & update equipment after PDI at green zone
• Perform housekeeping to ensure cleanliness and tidiness of warehouse and store
• Ensure all general safety and health rules and practices are carried out at all times

The Person:

• Possesses forklift license
• Able to operate Material handling equipment(MHE)
• Certificate in Logistics/Warehouse Management or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Warehouse operation
• Possessing class 3 driving license would be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Carries out packing, crating, and warehousing, and storage duties in preparation for site-specific program and shipment
• Oversees customer based queues and plan and allocate tasks to meet configuration requirements
• Responsible for tracking, receiving, and stocking all items ordered
• Ensures materials are appropriately stored
• Programs the final inventory of materials prior to shipment
• Provides a list of all equipment moved from the consolidation areas into sponsor shipping channels to project coordinators
• Manages and maintains inventory to operating levels to avoid supply
• Manages the repair of equipment
• Responsible for supervising and accounting for an inventory
• Carries out annual property inventory and provides other reports in his area of responsibility.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Public Administration, Procurement or other related field
• Good knowledge of logistic or supply chain management tasks.
• Good Knowledge of local laws and regulations.
• Assess moderately complex information from multiple sources and draw logical conclusions
• Customer focus attitude to regard those to whom services are provided for as customers.
• Prior industry experience

• Location: Kallang
• Working Days: 5.5 days
• Working hours : Mon – Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm, Sat 8.30am to 12.30pm
• Salary : $2,300 - $2,800

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily delivery and collection of goods
• Ensure delivery is done in a timely manner
• Pack and load goods as well as ensure items are properly packed
• Receive and issue goods as per delivery order
• Perform other ad-hoc duties where required

Requirement:

• Possess a class 4 driving license
• One year experience in a similar capacity
