Responsibilities: Handle incoming and outgoing of computer spare parts daily which include updating of information to system and sorting of parts. ..
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing of computer spare parts daily which include updating of information to system and sorting of parts.
Perform general logistics activities such as managing inventory control, including receiving, inspecting, and storing goods
Check condition of part and add warranty sticker.
Inspection of return parts, photo taking and Bookkeeping and maintaining the photos for future reference.
Seek approval for Customer Induce Damaged parts.
In charge of Parts Aging, ensuring parts are returned by engineer timely.
Liaise with logistic partner for parts return collection.
Monitor buffer parts request from admin/engineer team.
Tracking of loaner units.
Participate in stock take exercise from time to time.
Prepare weekly reports.
Requirement:
Min NITEC
Computer literate with familiarity with MS Office (MS Excel, MS Outlook, etc)
Able to develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimise operational efficiency
Be well organised and comfortable with deadline
