- Assist and Prepare and cook a wide range of Japanese and Italian-Japanese fusion dishes
- Ensure that all dishes are presented to the highest standard and in line with restaurant's concept.
- Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
Job Requirements
- 1 year of western or Italian, or Japanese cook experience
- Willing to learn and can-do attitude
Working hours
- 5 to 5.5 days a week,
- 44 hours a week + OT( 8 hours on average)
- Split Shift
