   Plan, schedule, and oversee workshop maintenance for GSE and/or vehicles to meet production targets. Manage in-house teams and/or outsourced contractors, including shift supervisors and shift planning.
5. Passenger Services (CSO)
   Lead a small team in daily operations, ensuring a positive passenger experience through key decision-making. Guide and mentor staff while maintaining high service and discipline standards. Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operating procedures. Assist the Duty Manager with staff deployment based on agreed service standards.
