Job Description

. Handling of customer LCL / FCL bookings and handle nomination accounts

. Coordinate and arrange Import / Export shipment delivery

. Closing / Finalizing of job files

. Handle customers’ enquiries

. Liase with customers’ and internal department to

execute customers’ instruction

Requirement

. Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level

. Good interpersonal and able to interact with all level

. Prefer 1-2 years experience in freight forwarding & consolidation

Job Highlights:

• Up to $2,800/month + AWS + PB
• Monday - Friday (8:45am - 5:15pm)
• Pioneer (Transport provided)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing and coordinating sea import/export shipments.
• Answer to customers' inquiries and handling customers' complaints.
• Communicate with customer, shipping & transport team to ensure a smooth pickup and delivery of the shipments.
• Prepare payment voucher, verify costings, closing of shipment files.
• Ensure all transactions are handled in a timely manner.
• Meet customers' requirements, provide updated information to customers.
• Any other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sea freight / shipping or similar function.
