Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to the Supply Chain team in areas such as Direct Materials Procurement, Inventory Control, Shipping Coordination, and Warehouse Operations.
• Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain to reduce costs in procurement, warehousing, and shipping, enhance operational efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Central Purchasing Team to negotiate favorable commercial terms with suppliers and achieve cost savings.
• Work with the Distribution Manager to enhance adherence to shipping schedules and secure favorable shipping rates.
• Oversee the development and planning of key supply chain personnel competencies.
• Maintain 4PL control tower solutions and drive ongoing improvements in the shipping process with 4PL Solution Providers and internal customers to achieve cost-effective logistics solutions.
• Ensure departmental KPIs are established and monitored.
• Conduct risk analysis and promote Lean, 5S, and HSE initiatives.
• Implement HSE prevention programs within supply chain activities, ensuring team members are informed and actively contribute to HSE development, and that all actions taken support improvement objectives.
• Assist the Materials Controller in key supplier development efforts to enhance on-time delivery, quality, and cost reduction.
• Support the Materials Controller in the development and implementation of materials and outsourcing contracts, serving as the focal point for contract pricing to leverage economies of scale across the value stream.
• Oversee internal audit control on purchasing processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.
• At least 5 years of supply chain experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team.

Lead/Manager - Supply Chain Automation Maintenance

This role leads automation maintenance team in conducting regular preventive and predictive maintenance on storage systems, equipment, and packaging machines. This role will focus on maintaining and enhancing existing automation capabilities while developing a skilled team of automation and maintenance technicians.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the modification of robotic and automation systems by the automation team.
• Guide technicians in diagnosing and repairing complex logistics and packaging equipment malfunctions.
• Lead efforts to identify root causes of failures using statistical methods and recommend design, tolerance, or process adjustments.
• Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure all automation equipment and processes meet safety standards and align with company policies.
• Compile reports on system performance and breakdowns from shift engineers and field technicians for management review.
• Partner with the IT team and storage system vendors to swiftly resolve system disruptions.
• Ensure seamless project handover to the Operations team upon completion and provide support to other functions as needed.
• Lead the team in developing work instructions, safety risk assessments, and Continuous Improvement projects.
• Ability to analyze process flows to identify and mitigate bottlenecks, collaborating with operations for proactive solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronic, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Over 4 years' experience in maintaining automation systems.
• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end project implementation for Robotics and Industrial Engineering.
• Knowledge of Automatic Storage and Retrieval Systems, Warehouse control systems & Integration software is advantageous.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership teams and collaborate effectively across all levels.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
