Job Description:
• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
• Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
• Communicate job expectations and coach employees
• Determine staffing levels and assign workload
• Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
• Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the drivers team.

Assist the manager to schedule the timetable and assign the line to the drivers.

Drive lorry truck to deliver furniture to customers on time. And assemble furniture after delivery.

Maintain the vehicles and keep driving safe.

Load and upload goods.

Requirements:

Singapore Class 4 Driving License is required.

Familiar with Singapore road route.

Able to use Google Map.

Physically fit.

Can handle the heavy furniture.

Pick up/drop the workers from dormitary to worksite

Attend the aircon installation/servicing/defects/trouble shooting works

Attend the site meetings with owner/client

Checking the site progress and submit the daily reports

Coordinate the workers for the daily works and submit report to office

Control the site works within budget

Basic understanding of electrical works
