- Transport workers between locations around Singapore
- Maintain engine and cleanliness of lorry and dormitory
- Assist supervisors with worker-related issues and their safety at job sites
- Liaise with different teams to ensure that records are in order
- Liaise with both the clients, workers and HQ to ensure smooth operations
- Handle government related matters and administrative work if required
- Handle feedback and complaints and update the Manager accordingly
- Other ad-hoc activities
Requirements
- Have Class 4 licence
- Familiar with Singapore roads and traffic rules
- Have 5 years and above experience driving in Singapore
- At least 2-3 years experience in supervisory roles
- Min a GCE N/O/A levels or ITE
- Have Safety related skill certificate
- Able to work with computers, especially MS Excel and Word
- Able to communicate in English and with foreign workers
- Highly organised and meticulous
- Able to work independently or in a team and take initiative
- Hardworking, positive attitude and able to work in fast paced environment
- Willing to work odd hours
